Seven Fun Things.

  1. Painted Floor Ideas That’ll Make Your Walls Jealous.

Love the bright red floors. But the neutral painted floors are also so beautiful and practical.

2. This Bainbridge Island home is the creme de la creme of eco-friendly living.

I first read about this home in the latest issue of Architectural Digest and found the Living Building Challenge fascinating. It’s pretty much the highest standards of green building, and had previously only been completed in commercial spaces. This Bainbridge Island home was the first residential project to complete the Living Building Challenge.

3. Sotheby’s listed this estate in South Africa and it’s unbelievable.

I can’t stop looking at the views!

4. Watching…

Somebody Feed Phil! I’m late to the party, but better late than never! Phil has this delightful big dad energy that makes it so fun to watch. And best of all, the food looks incredible.

5. Purchased lately and loving…

Salmon Sisters leather tote: It’s expensive, but I love it. It’s the perfect size and it stands up on its own. And the best part: you’re supporting small Alaskan businesses!

It’s Not Complicated cookbook: Simple recipes without any crazy ingredients or complicated prep.

Trader Joe’s Key Lime Kettle Corn: Okay, I know this won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but I think it’s so dang good!

6. I’ll be whipping up this Avocado Peach Salad allllll week!

I think maybe my favorite part is all the bold wallpapers.
