Crate & Barrel Registry Picks

A couple weeks ago I rounded up some of my favorite Pottery Barn items that we registered for. The only other place we registered when we got married (almost 4 years ago!) was Crate & Barrel! It’s no secret I love to cook and bake, and Crate & Barrel was THE kitchen store I wanted to register with. They have such a great variety of high-quality kitchen wares. Like I mentioned in my previous post, we only registered for items we knew we would use over and over and over again. I didn’t want anything unnecessary that I would have to store. It’s a hard balance of providing a variety of price points and items for your wedding guests, and not registering for every little random thing you see. I promise you will regret it if you do that!

Kitchen

My favorite section! I have everything from my dutch oven to cutting boards to my favorite pots and pans. Truth be told, I don’t have a ton of appliances. I have my few favorites (food processor, coffee maker obviously, blender, and a few others), but beyond that I just see more appliances as bulky and difficult to store. But hey, it’s your life! If you love having lots of kitchen appliances, pop off! I support you no matter what.

Linens

Don’t forget table linens! You’ll thank yourself when you’re in charge of hosting Thanksgiving or Easter and you’re prepared with a beautiful tablecloth and napkins.

Tabletop + Bar

I would have 10 sets of dishes if I had the space. We chose porcelain dishes for our everyday dishes and I love them. They won’t scratch, like ceramic. Your choice of flatware largely depends on how the utensils feel in your hand, so I always recommend you go into a physical store and test. Plus, a good salad bowl and servers is always a good idea.

Bits + Bobs

My favorite little gadgets and such! Make sure if you’re registering for your wedding you have some smaller items like this! They’re a great option for people on a tighter budget, or that want to put together a basket of smaller items.
